At NevadaBoulderAndStone.com, we specialize in bulk landscaping and construction materials. Due to the nature of these products, our return policy is more restrictive than standard retail items. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. General Return Policy

Construction and landscaping materials are generally non-returnable.

Nevada Boulder and Stone sells materials directly and also acts as a broker for regional building material suppliers. While some suppliers may offer limited return options, customers should not expect items to be eligible for return.

All materials selected by the buyer or the buyer’s agent are considered final sale.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bulk materials once delivered or dumped
  • Materials selected and approved by the buyer or their agent
  • Special order or custom products (all special orders are final)
  • Installed, used, or altered materials
  • Orders rejected for reasons other than product mismatch

3. Eligible Returns (Limited Cases Only)

Returns may only be accepted under the following condition:

  • The delivered material does not match the product brand, specifications, or approved samples

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting photos and documentation must be provided
  • Return authorization must be obtained before processing

4. Order Rejection & Delivery Charges

If a buyer or their agent rejects a shipment:

  • While the load is en route, or
  • At the delivery location,

The buyer will be responsible for all associated costs, including:

  • Hauling
  • Stocking
  • Disposal

Trucking Rates:

  • $120 to $150 per hour
  • Charged in full-hour increments
  • Dump trucks and crane trucks are billed from starting point to return point

5. Return Process

To request a return (only if eligible):

  1. Contact us within the required timeframe
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the material
  3. Wait for approval before taking any further action

Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection and approval

Please note:

  • Delivery and trucking charges are non-refundable
  • Additional fees may be deducted if applicable

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Material does not meet agreed specifications

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before dispatch or delivery scheduling
  • Once shipped or scheduled, orders are considered final
