At NevadaBoulderAndStone.com, we provide delivery services for bulk landscaping and construction materials. Due to the size, weight, and nature of our products, shipping is handled differently from standard parcel services. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within selected regions based on supplier and trucking availability.

  • Delivery availability depends on location, product type, and supplier network
  • If your location is outside our service area, we will notify you before processing the order

2. Shipping Methods

We use specialized delivery methods for bulk materials, including:

  • Dump trucks
  • Flatbed trucks
  • Crane trucks (for large boulders and specialty items)

Shipping method is selected based on the type and quantity of material ordered.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing includes order confirmation, supplier coordination, and scheduling delivery

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after processing
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Product availability
    • Delivery location
    • Weather and road conditions
    • Supplier and trucking schedules

Customers will be contacted to schedule or confirm delivery timing.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Distance from supplier to delivery location
  • Type of truck required
  • Weight and volume of materials
  • Fuel and logistics considerations

Trucking Rates:

  • $120 to $150 per hour
  • Charged in full-hour increments
  • Dump trucks and crane trucks are billed from starting point to return point

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before final order confirmation.

6. Delivery Requirements

The buyer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Delivery location is accessible for large trucks
  • Adequate space is available for unloading materials
  • No overhead obstructions (trees, wires, structures) interfere with delivery
  • Ground conditions are stable and safe for heavy vehicles

Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges or failed delivery fees.

7. Delivery Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, or property during delivery
  • Materials will be delivered as close as safely possible to the requested location
  • Final placement is at the driver’s discretion based on safety conditions

8. Missed or Rejected Deliveries

If a delivery is:

  • Rejected by the buyer or their agent
  • Unable to be completed due to site inaccessibility

The buyer will be responsible for:

  • Full trucking and handling costs
  • Return hauling, stocking, or disposal fees

9. Order Tracking & Communication

  • Customers will receive updates via phone or email regarding order status and delivery scheduling
  • Real-time tracking may not be available due to the nature of bulk deliveries

10. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to serviced regions.
